Are there links between FactCheck and Obama's associate and domestic bomber William Ayers?

(Links that DO NOT include statements by either of the two—considered "probative").

So here's the deal. I'm assuming you're referring to the fact that Ayers was involved in the Annenberg Challenge in Chicago, and that FactCheck is funded primarily by the Annenberg Foundation.

It's hard not to use any statements by either organization, since they're the only ones who will publish their financials. However saying that Ayers has any "pull" over FactCheck is like saying that J. Random Line-Worker at a bottling plant in Alabama is secretly in charge of the state of Massachusetts, since Deval Patrick used to work at Coke, and that line worker works at coke.

Bad example, Mass might actually be better off if that were the case.

FactCheck is pretty critical of Obama from what I've seen, when he over-reaches in a speech (which is often), or when he or Xerox Joe gaffe it up.

In any case, I'm on vacation a week and a half after Thursday. That means one of either a:) I'll have tons of time to sit and research this stuff, or b:) I'll have absolutely no time to work on this.

Again, without taking any of Annenberg's or FactCheck's statements into account, all you're going to get is the right saying "B-b-b-but AYERS" and the left saying "NUH-UH".

Interesting though that you specifically exclude McCain from your search results, since there are clear ties between him, Ayers and the Chicago Annenberg Challenge deal.

"...Interesting though that you specifically exclude McCain from your search results, since there are clear ties between him, Ayers and the Chicago Annenberg Challenge deal..."

McCain was excluded because it focused Google's responses for your convenience and has nothing to do with my focused question.

"...FactCheck is pretty critical of Obama from what I've seen, when he over-reaches in a speech (which is often), or when he or Xerox Joe gaffe it up..."

FactCheck is too often asked to field a critical question of Obama and fails to respond with complete truth. (Such as the COLB).

FactCheck dismissed Obama's Illinois Senatorial votes to deny additional care to the infants WHO SURVIVED an abortion. Talk about an over-reach by FactCheck!

Obama's existing links to William Ayers are too many to dismiss the Annenberg connection.

I wouldn't call it a remarkable coincidence without bringing attention to myself as a shill for Obama.
