Is it your assertion that we should nuke Iran? Or is this your defense of the "We shouldn't have attacked Iraq, because they weren't threatening us" argument? Japan, it should be pointed out, was in fact attacking us.

Well, I guess in deference to our collective naiveté, we could wait until Israel is nuked. (Or Los Angeles).

In case you haven't been following it, the Smithsonian Museum put a sign in front of their Enola Gay exhibit apologizing for the use of a nuclear weapon against the defenseless cities of Nagasaki and Hiroshima.
