This kid is too close to the edge with me.
Read my Gnome hate thread to someone at work who may get his ass kicked for suggesting I install the entire DE...

Damn yous' GNOME, Damn yous' all to HEEELLLLLLLLLL
And you KNOW each one of those is going to have a fuckload of dependencies.

if yer gonna go all that far

I'm going to pretend I didn't hear that.

I have all that stuff too.
Mine are all empty
I just can't find the settings you are looking for...
I've tried googling up the answers, but I gave up.
want me to tar mine up and you can look at em?
The worst part is waiting for rpm.pbone.net
Nah, that's fine.
install from source!!!
could run GDB against control-center and change something to see what file it changes.
I would have the same dependencies, now with the added fun of waiting for compiles. Fuck that noise.
yeah but the gnome install script is like the ports tree, goes out and gets all of the deps for you and compiles em
I want the Firefox on the right to look like the Konqueror on the left.
holy geebus batman
that looks like ass
Firefox has its own font management stuff for this, but it is horrid. And I refuse to manually adjust the size every fucking time. When manually adjusting it, it makes things smaller, but it does not fix the spacing issues.
Fuck GNOME in the Goat Ass.
That's the real reason I've been .5" from buying a mac all week.
I say... get some!!!
I refuse to spend > $1000 to make this problem go away.
Even if I have to pay Nat Friedman $999 to fix it for me.
